Refund & Return Policy


Since all products at Teerio are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner Printify, please note the following:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong Item: If you receive the wrong item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Size Issues: Please check sizing charts carefully before ordering, as we cannot accept returns for wrong size selections.

Change of Mind: Because products are custom printed, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
